Structure & Details of the Wire Splicing Machine
Professional Components & Working Process
01
Wire Pay-off Frame
Place the flattened wire spools on the shaft of pay-off frame one by one. Secure with pins to prevent falling off during the operation of the wire combining machine.
02
Wire Creel Stand
1. Guide wires through 4-layer wire columns in order, 5~10 wires per group for the wire combining machine.
2. Thread all wires sequentially through the creel stand to ensure stable feeding.
03
Gluing System (A1/A2/B Glue)
A1, A2 and B glue are used for bonding wires during the combining process of the wire combining machine.
Notice: B glue is flammable. Strict fire prevention required.
04
Hot Air Circulation System
Equipped with fan circulation air supply, which provides even and efficient heating for glued wire strips in the wire combining machine.
05
Wire Traction Frame
After heating and drying by hot air system, the finished wire strips are transported and collected by traction frame smoothly from the wire combining machine.
